2024 Joy Award Jessy Casaus
Named in loving memory of TNR employee Angie Joy Huddleston, this award is presented annually by the practice to the individual who is consistently attentive to the needs of others, dedicated to nurturing positive interactions and displays a genuine commitment to their position, their team and the patients we serve. We are pleased to announce the winner of the 2023 Joy Award is Jessy Casaus!
A fellow employee had this to share about Jessy. "Jessy came to TNR in January of 2022. He quickly launched from training and landed at his satellite home in Murfreesboro. Jessy quickly became an asset not only to Murfreesboro however to anyone that he interacted with in the TNR practice. Jessy juggles a two doctor clinic many days yet manages to do it almost flawless. Jessy was given the opportunity to leave early on an inclement weather day however Jessy would not leave because his clinic couldn’t leave. Jessy chose to stay so he could be there to support his team. Jessy is kind, easy going, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Patients have complimented Jessy on his professionalism and informative demeaner. Jessy has been complimented from many on his teamwork and being helpful in a timely manner. An employee gave Jessy a shout out saying: He ALWAYS goes above and beyond and ALWAYS has an absolutely AMAZING attitude! TNR is fortunate to have Jessy and we are certainly grateful to have Jessy in our billing department and very blessed to have him as a Financial Counselor on our team."
